Let Akhter and Babul's weight be A and B respectively.
Then, B = 2A or, A = B/2 = 0.5B
And, Hasan's weight = 190% of B = 1.9B
Again, Ashraf weight = 50% of 1.9B = 0.95B
Also, Akhter's weight is less than Salam's weight.
So, Akhter weighs the least.
